The Faculty’s Bachelor and Master studies are usually accredited by the accreditation agency for Engineering, Informatics, Sciences and Mathematics studies (ASIIN).

After acquiring a first academic degree as Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) there is the chance to acquire a second academic degree within a postgraduate course or a Master programme.

The faculty offers a separate Master's degree for graduates of the Bachelor's degree programmes in Electrical Engineering - Automation, Physical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. In the consecutive Master's programme in Mechanical Engineering, the degree Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) can be obtained, and in the consecutive Master's programmes in Electrical Engineering and Laser Technology, the degree Master of Science (M.Sc.) can be obtained.

In addition, graduates of the Bachelor's degree programme in Mechanical Engineering have the option of completing a postgraduate degree programme to become a Dipl.-Ing. (FH).
