Selective processes

Organic materials are becomming more an d more important for micro electronics products. E.g. OLED and OPV are today implemented into standard products. Laser processes on these matarials are little researched and a leak in understanding, especially on the laser-induced chemical reactions has to be closen. So, the influence of radicals on the lifetime of organics electronics elements is still unknown. 

We apply mid-IR laser radition on organics, in order to induce resonant processes. The reaction of organic material on this radiation, being ultrafast too, ist one research topic. Thereby we will start with selectivity using the spactral footprints of the materials and then getting deeper, taking there coherence properties into account.
